Accepted Author Registration
Registration for Presenting Authors includes:
-Access to all events, trainings, and certificate (1) programs from July 12th-16th.
-Attendance at the Opening Reception on Tuesday, July 13th at Station F.
-Attendance at the Signature Gala on July 16th at Le Pré Catelan.

Registration prices will increase by 100 USD after June 1, 2021.

ICSB Congress Fee refunds are made based on the following scale:

  • Up to 1 month before the Congress (July 12, 2021) – full refund minus $50 processing fee for in-person and or online.
  • Less than one month but more than two weeks before the Congress – 50% less $50 processing fee.
  • Fourteen (14) days before the Congress – no possibility for refund.

Attendance: Authors must attend and present their papers at the conference to be included in the proceedings (in person or online).

Author Refunds: Authors who have their papers included in the proceedings are not eligible for a refund. Authors may receive a refund if they withdraw their papers before the paper is included in electronic or hard-copy proceedings.

Emergency Illness or Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member: Refunds may be granted if an attendee cannot attend the Congress due to a family death, emergency illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such an event, the ICSB International Office must be contacted in writing by either letter or e-mail with the situation’s details and a request for a refund.  Requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  Requests will not be accepted after one week post-congress – or after July 25, 2021.
